Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also instructs and trains. Annie has the distinction of being only one woman who has ever won in the CrossFit Games two times. Annie was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, a Icelandic weightlifter who also is a CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. The popular athlete is the first woman who won at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. Her other achievements include winning Dubai Fitness Contests in 2017, and 2013. Annie was born and raised to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. From a very young age Annie was an avid sport fan who loved doing exercises. She took home numerous awards in competitions for school. The first time she participated was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did excellently. Annie won again her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her amazing performance. The first female athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games at once. She also received a medal of silver in 2014 as well as one of bronze at CrossFit Games in 2021. Presently, Annie coaches and trains in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has led her to become the brand ambassador for many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her own Youtube Channel where she uploads training videos, family video along with travel vlogs.
