Luciana Paoluzzi grew-up in Rome with her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother was a former mistress to Benito Mussolini. Her siblings aren't known. Luciana is the only female who has graduated from her high school class in Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering there.
